Service scope

AIVROM provides AI agents for business websites and digital tasks. Product and pricing pages describe available agents, prices and usage limits. Planned agents are not included in the currently available service.

Account and content

Keep your account information accurate and protect access. You must have permission to use uploaded content. Unlawful content, unauthorized personal data disclosure and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

Orders, prices and trials

Prices are shown in EUR with the stated tax information. Trial terms and limits depend on the selected agent. Payment integration is not complete; registration or chatting alone does not create a paid order. Before paid sales begin, checkout must show the total price, billing period and any renewal terms.

Additional usage

Once the selected agent’s included usage limit is reached, additional capacity can be purchased through separate prepaid credit. Price, capacity and applicable conditions are shown before purchase confirmation. Included capacity, additional credit and external provider costs are distinguished. Credit is not sold until the purchase flow is available. Included weekly/monthly allowances do not roll over. Purchased additional credit does not expire and remains in the account after subscription cancellation; statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.

AI output and publishing

AI output may contain errors. Review business, pricing, contact and legal details. Website publishing starts after your approval. Replace sample draft details with actual business information.

Termination and statutory rights

Subscriptions run monthly and renew each month unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops the next renewal; statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected. The trial lasts 14 days. Card details and explicit subscription confirmation are collected at the start. Unless cancelled or withdrawn, monthly charging begins after the free period; the amount and first charge date are shown before ordering. Conditions for conversion to a paid subscription and the first charge date are disclosed before order confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for defective services remain unaffected.

Contracting provider and applicable law

The contracting provider is Union Finance GmbH, based in Germany. German law applies. Where the applicable conditions are met, this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Our aim to sell worldwide does not mean identical tax treatment, payment methods or service availability in every country. Mandatory country-specific restrictions remain applicable.
